  • ‘We’, ‘our organization’,’us’, ‘Smart Trading N Living’, ‘STNL’, ‘stnlindia.com’ are same and refer to ‘Smart Trading N Living’ only. All confirmed registered applicants will hence forth be called Direct Sales Associates (DSA).
  • The persons fulfilling the following criteria can join us as DSA. a)Must be a resident of India, b)Must be 18 years or above of age, c)Must have a bank account in a nationalized bank in India to receive money, d)Must be able to read and write English, e)Must have knowledge of simple computer/ mobile operation.
  • You can have only one registered DSA account with us at any given point of time. Multiple DSA accounts  with multiple credentials associated with any person will lead to deletion of  all those DSA accounts, forfeiture of  payments and person ( along with all the associated account) will be banned from accessing this site forever.
  • You must comply with the applicable rules, regulations,orders and not violate any rules or regulations.
  • You promise to indemnify and hold harmless to ‘Smart Trading N Living’ from and against any costs, damages, expenses and liabilities arising out of your use of our service or content, violation of any law, regulation and rights of anyone associated.
  • All DSAs must follow and maintain the rules and regulations pertaining to the  work whether part time or full time. Any penalty due to disciplinary reasons imposed by the  us is to be borne by the DSAs.
  • All comission payments related to the completed sales are made directly by the us. Any dispute in the same is to be settled directly with the us. 
  • In some cases the DSAs may be provided with necessary trainings as and when felt required by us.
  • Incase of non use (NO LOGIN TO MEMBER ACCOUNT) of ‘Smart Trading N Living’ account for more than 90days, the account may get suspended, which may get revived with the terms and conditions of ‘Smart Trading N Living’ at that point of time.
  • DSA payments: DSAs can earn  by completing sales of products offered by us or by referring friends and relatives to become DSA. All cash payments are made to Indian bank accounts only. Payment success massage is sent to all members in case of dispute. Payments are checked , transferred and updated once in a month.
  • The DSA accounts are credited after the DSA confirms recipt of booked products.
  • The services, all content and other materials contained on or within the services, including without limitation, ‘Smart Trading N Living’ logo, content of the website, all information, content, designs, text, graphics,information, data and other files are property of ‘Smart Trading N Living’ and protected by India and international copyright laws.
  • Notwithstanding any term and conditions, ‘Smart Trading N Living’ reserves right, without notice and in its sole discretion to terminate any of the services, to delete DSA accounts and forfeit cash and/or point balance and restrict, block, limit or prevent access to the use of the services offered by ‘Smart Trading N Living’. Any of these said actions will not limit any other remedial or punitive legal actions against the violation.
  • Privacy Policy: None of the information provided through the registration form by the applicants is be shared with our associates/ partner organizations. However these information are used by us for operational purposes and service optimization.
  • Nothing mentioned on this website is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings. Any earnings mentioned in this website is only an estimation of what we believe you can earn with the best of your ability. But we have no way of knowing how well you can do or you will do with all these earning opportunities. Therefore there is the risk of non performance or less than par performance and earning proportional to the same. Earning results may vary from member to member basing on their ability, understanding, effort, hard work and a variety of factors.
  • All terms and conditions are subject to change if and when required by ‘Smart Trading N Living’ without any further notice.
  • All matters of dispute are subject to jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar.
  • All decisions made by ‘Smart Trading N Living’ related to the general administration and execution of services are final and binding in all nature.
  • ‘Smart Trading N Living’ reserves all rights to suspend, temporarily disable or terminate your DSA account with ‘Smart Trading N Living’ at any time with or without giving prior notice.
  • You can close/ delete your DSA account with us by sending an e-mail to us with subject UNSUSCRIBE / CLOSE/ DELETE account.
